Mushroom Caps

Ingredients

  • 16 medium large mushrooms
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz container whipped or soft cream cheese with chives or add your own chives
  • 10 slices crisp fried bacon

Directions

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and save for other use
  2. Clean caps and brush outsides with melted butter
  3. Mix rest of ingredients and mound into caps
  4. Place onto broiling pan and broil 6 inches from heat approximately 3 to 5 minutes until bubbling and brown
