Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
- 16 medium large mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz container whipped or soft cream cheese with chives or add your own chives
- 10 slices crisp fried bacon
Directions
- Remove stems from mushrooms and save for other use
- Clean caps and brush outsides with melted butter
- Mix rest of ingredients and mound into caps
- Place onto broiling pan and broil 6 inches from heat approximately 3 to 5 minutes until bubbling and brown
