Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients

  • 34 stick margarine
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 12 c sharp cheese grated
  • 12 c sherry
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 oz mushrooms chopped
  • 4 oz crab meat drained or cooked shrimp

Directions

  1. In saucepan melt margarine
  2. Add flour stir
  3. Add milk and soup
  4. Lower to simmer
  5. Add egg mushrooms cheese and crab stir well
  6. Simmer until cheese melts
  7. Add sherry and stir
  8. Pour into lightly buttered ramekins
  9. Bake at 375 until bubbly and brown on top approximately 30 minutes
  10. Excellent side dish with steak
