Mushroom Casserole
Ingredients
- 34 stick margarine
- 1 c milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 12 c sharp cheese grated
- 12 c sherry
- 1 c flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 oz mushrooms chopped
- 4 oz crab meat drained or cooked shrimp
Directions
- In saucepan melt margarine
- Add flour stir
- Add milk and soup
- Lower to simmer
- Add egg mushrooms cheese and crab stir well
- Simmer until cheese melts
- Add sherry and stir
- Pour into lightly buttered ramekins
- Bake at 375 until bubbly and brown on top approximately 30 minutes
- Excellent side dish with steak
