Mushroom Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 pork chops 12-inch thick
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can roasted garlic soup
  • 14 c water

Directions

  1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat heat oil Add chops and cook 10 minutes or until browned Set chops aside Pour off fat Add soups and water Heat to a boil Return chops to pan Reduce heat to low Cook 5 minutes or until chops are no longer pink
