Mushroom Meat Patties
Ingredients
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 12 lb ground beef
- 12 c cracker crumbs
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 to 3 c water
Directions
- Combine 14 cup soup with all ingredients except water mix well Shape into 6 patties place in shallow baking dish Bake at 350 for 30 minutes Spoon off fat Combine remaining soup with the water pour over meat Bake 10 minutes longer
