Mushroom Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb potatoes cooked
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c hot milk
  • 12 pt sour cream
  • 1 large can sliced mushrooms
  • 12 c butter

Directions

  1. Mash potatoes with milk and sour cream
  2. Saute mushrooms in butter
  3. Pour butter and mushrooms in a well made in the potatoes Cover with more potatoes
  4. Dot the top with butter and bake for 30 minutes at 500
  5. Can be prepared a day before and reheated in oven or microwave
