Mushroom Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lb potatoes cooked
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c hot milk
- 12 pt sour cream
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms
- 12 c butter
Directions
- Mash potatoes with milk and sour cream
- Saute mushrooms in butter
- Pour butter and mushrooms in a well made in the potatoes Cover with more potatoes
- Dot the top with butter and bake for 30 minutes at 500
- Can be prepared a day before and reheated in oven or microwave
