Mushroom Rice

Ingredients
- 2 c rice before cooking
- 14 lb margarine 1 stick
- 1 large onion sliced thin
- 1 can sliced mushrooms drained
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Make rice according to package directions
- Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine until tender
- In large casserole combine cooked rice mushrooms and onions and soy sauce
- Add more soy sauce to taste
- Mix well
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
