Mushroom Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 c rice before cooking
  • 14 lb margarine 1 stick
  • 1 large onion sliced thin
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms drained
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions

  1. Make rice according to package directions
  2. Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine until tender
  3. In large casserole combine cooked rice mushrooms and onions and soy sauce
  4. Add more soy sauce to taste
  5. Mix well
  6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
