Mushroom Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 12 c raw long grain rice
- 1 4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 medium onion quartered and sliced thin
- 1 can chicken or beef broth
- 2 Tbsp margarine
Directions
- In 10-inch skillet brown dry rice
- Pour into medium casserole dish
- In same skillet melt margarine
- Saute onions mushrooms and seasonings until onions turn transparent
- Add broth and stir continuously to boil
