Mushroom RiceServes 4 To 5

Ingredients
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms drained or larger
- 2 14 c water
- 1 c rice
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
Directions
- Saute onion in small bowl in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes at High
- Heat water about 4 minutes in microwave
- Dissolve bouillon in hot water
- Add rice and onion and mushrooms to water Microwave at 30 for 20 to 25 minutes
- Times may vary with different microwaves
