Mushroom Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 12 lb mushrooms chopped
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 12 c heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp flour add additional flour if needed
- pinch of salt
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Saute mushrooms with butter or margarine
- Add the cream and salt to taste
- Thicken with flour mix flour with water While cooking add the Worcestershire sauce to hot mixture and then refrigerate overnight to thicken
- Use to make tea sandwiches
