Mushroom Sauced Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 12 c fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1 c 4 oz Kraft natural shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 14 c finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 12 tsp dried basil leaves
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 c sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 12 c beef broth
- 12 c dry white wine or beef broth
Directions
- Mix meat egg bread crumbs cheese onion Worcestershire sauce parsley basil and pepper
- Shape mixture into 12 meatballs Brown on all sides in oil in a large skillet about 5 minutes Remove meatballs from skillet
- Cook and stir mushrooms in same skillet 2 to 3 minutes or until tender
