Mushroom Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 can undiluted mushroom soup
  • 34 c grated cheese
  • 14 c chopped green pepper
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 4 oz can drained mushroom pieces
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 12 c evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 c thinly sliced potatoes

Directions

  1. Combine soup 12 cup cheese pepper salt mushrooms and onion in a bowl
  2. Gradually add milk
  3. Stir in potatoes
  4. Place in a greased shallow 1 12-quart baking dish Top with remaining cheese and butter
  5. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour Serves 6
