Mushroom Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 can undiluted mushroom soup
- 34 c grated cheese
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 4 oz can drained mushroom pieces
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 c thinly sliced potatoes
Directions
- Combine soup 12 cup cheese pepper salt mushrooms and onion in a bowl
- Gradually add milk
- Stir in potatoes
- Place in a greased shallow 1 12-quart baking dish Top with remaining cheese and butter
- Bake at 350 for about 1 hour Serves 6
