Mushroom Steak
Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak cut into serving pieces
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 large onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 c milk
Directions
- Brown steak well on both sides
- Place in casserole for baking Put a slice of onion on top of each piece of steak
- Mix soup and milk together and pour over steak pieces
- Cover with foil
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
