Mushroom Steak

Ingredients
- 1-1 12 lb of any meat suitable for stir fry thin strips
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 med bell pepper
- 12 c milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown and saute meat in 2-3 T oil cut pepper into strips and add to meat stir in soup and milk
- Simmer 10 -15 min additional milk can be added if mixture becomes too thick
- Serve over a bed of rice
- Makes 4 servings
