Mushroom Steak And Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 round steak
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 eggs
- 12 c milk
- 2 c finely chopped crackers
Directions
- Cut steak in bite size pieces
- Beat eggs and milk together Dip steak into egg and milk mixture
- Roll in cracker crumbs Brown on stove in hot oil about 5 minutes until brown
- Remove from skillet place in baking dish
- Pour mushroom soup over steaks
- Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes
