Mushroom Swiss Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 lb round steak 1-inch thick
  • 1 pkg Lipton beef-mushroom mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Place steak on square of heavy-duty foil sprinkle both sides of steak with beef-mushroom mix
  3. Wrap up foil sealing edges airtight
  4. Place on shallow baking pan and bake 1 hour or until tender when pierced with fork
  5. Serves 4
