Mushrooms Stuffed With Meat

Ingredients

• 1 lb large mushrooms
• 1 lb ground beef
• 14 c minced onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 18 tsp black pepper
• 18 tsp basil
• 2 Tbsp catsup

Directions

1. Wash and drain mushrooms
2. Remove stems and chop fine
3. Heat oven to 350
4. Mix stems beef onion salt pepper basil and catsup
5. Fill mushrooms full
6. Place in buttered baking pan and bake 25 minutes
