Mushrooms With Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Mince the garlic
  2. Wash the mushrooms quickly then trim and slice them
  3. Melt the butter with the olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat
  4. When the foam subsides add the mushrooms the minced garlic 12 teaspoon of salt and 14 teaspoon of pepper
  5. Cook stirring occasionally until mushrooms are browned and tender about 5 minutes
  6. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed
  7. Sprinkle with parsley before serving
