Mushrooms With Garlic Butter
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Mince the garlic
- Wash the mushrooms quickly then trim and slice them
- Melt the butter with the olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat
- When the foam subsides add the mushrooms the minced garlic 12 teaspoon of salt and 14 teaspoon of pepper
- Cook stirring occasionally until mushrooms are browned and tender about 5 minutes
- Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving
