Mustard

Ingredients
- 4 oz Colmans dry mustard
- 1 c malt vinegar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 12 c brown sugar
- 12 c granulated sugar
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Soak mustard and vinegar 12 hours covered
- Add remaining ingredients
- Cook in double boiler for 10 to 25 minutes
- Beat until custard consistency
- Makes 2 cups
