Mustard

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Colmans dry mustard
  • 1 c malt vinegar
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 12 c brown sugar
  • 12 c granulated sugar
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Soak mustard and vinegar 12 hours covered
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Cook in double boiler for 10 to 25 minutes
  4. Beat until custard consistency
  5. Makes 2 cups
