Mustard Beets

Ingredients
- 34 c sugar
- 12 c vinegar white
- 2 cans beets sliced and drained
- 12 tsp instant onion minced
- 3 Tbsp mustard prepared
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Bring to a boil all ingredients except beets until sugar is dissolved use wire whisk to mix in mustard
- Add beets
- I sometimes put in slices of sweet onion too
- Simmer uncovered 5 minutes
- Cool and put in jars and refrigerate
