Mustard Beets

Ingredients

• 34 c sugar
• 12 c vinegar white
• 2 cans beets sliced and drained
• 12 tsp instant onion minced
• 3 Tbsp mustard prepared
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Bring to a boil all ingredients except beets until sugar is dissolved use wire whisk to mix in mustard
2. Add beets
3. I sometimes put in slices of sweet onion too
4. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes
5. Cool and put in jars and refrigerate
