Mustard N Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 34 c vegetable oil
- 12 c champagne mustard
- 12 c fresh parsley trimmed
- 1 Tbsp lemon dill
Directions
- Use blender to mix egg and champagne mustard with blender on high speed
- Add oil in a thin stream until mixture thickens Turn off blender and add parsley and lemon dill
- Blend again until sauce is pale green
- Makes about 1 12 cups of sauce
