Mustard Ring

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 34 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 12 c white vinegar
- 12 c water
- 1 envelope gelatin
- 1 Tbsp cold water
- 12 pt heavy cream
- pimento stuffed green olives
Directions
- Beat eggs
- Mix with sugar salt mustard vinegar and water Cook in a double boiler until thickened
- Soften gelatin in 1 tablespoon of water and add to the hot mixture
- Cool
- Whip the heavy cream and fold into cooked mixture
