Mustard Ring

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 34 c sugar
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 12 c white vinegar
  • 12 c water
  • 1 envelope gelatin
  • 1 Tbsp cold water
  • 12 pt heavy cream
  • pimento stuffed green olives

Directions

  1. Beat eggs
  2. Mix with sugar salt mustard vinegar and water Cook in a double boiler until thickened
  3. Soften gelatin in 1 tablespoon of water and add to the hot mixture
  4. Cool
  5. Whip the heavy cream and fold into cooked mixture
