My Brothers Favorite Muffins

Ingredients

• 5 c flour can be 2 c whole wheat and 3 c white if desired
• 5 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp salt
• 4 beaten eggs
• 3 tsp vanilla
• 2 c sugar plus 2 Tbsp honey
• 3 tsp vanilla
• 1 c shortening
• 1 qt buttermilk
• 1 15 oz pkg Raisin Bran cereal

Directions

1. Sift and measure and then set aside the flour baking soda and salt
2. Mix eggs vanilla and sugar plus honey
3. Add 1 cup shortening
4. Add alternately with flour mixture the buttermilk and then add Raisin Bran cereal
