My Caramel Rolls

Ingredients

• 3 pkg. yeast
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 cups warm water
• 2 eggs
• 3 Tbsp. oleo
• 1 tsp. salt
• 6-7 cups flour

Directions

1. Combine first four ingredients and beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
2. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Let rise once.
3. While it rises, prepare the caramel.
