My Favorite Jello Salad

Ingredients
- 1 15 12 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 12 oz can apricot nectar
- 12 c water
- 1 6 oz lemon Jell-O
- 1 c miniature marshmallows
- 2 large bananas sliced
Directions
- Drain pineapple reserve juice for topping
- Combine apricot nectar and water in saucepan bring to boil
- Add Jell-O and stir to dissolve
- Stir in pineapple marshmallows and bananas
- Pour into shallow 2-quart dish and chill until firm
- Cover with topping refrigerate
