My Favorite Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 15 12 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 12 oz can apricot nectar
  • 12 c water
  • 1 6 oz lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c miniature marshmallows
  • 2 large bananas sliced

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple reserve juice for topping
  2. Combine apricot nectar and water in saucepan bring to boil
  3. Add Jell-O and stir to dissolve
  4. Stir in pineapple marshmallows and bananas
  5. Pour into shallow 2-quart dish and chill until firm
  6. Cover with topping refrigerate
