Ingredients
- 2 c finely grated green cabbage I chop mine in the food processor
- 14 c vinegar
- 14 c sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Stir vinegar and sugar into finely grated or chopped cabbage
- Then use your hands to squeeze the mixture over and over for about 2 minutes
- The bruising of the cabbage allows it to absorb the vinegar mixture
- Refrigerate overnight
