Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 c shortening
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 c white sugar
• 1 c coconut
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp soda
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 c oatmeal

Directions

1. Cream sugar and shortening
2. Add eggs and vanilla
3. Add dry ingredients
4. Bakeuntil
5. light and brown 10 minutes at 325
