My MomS Roast Beef
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb roast beef
- 1 10 12 oz can tomato soup
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 14 c ketchup
- 1 to 2 bay leaves
- 1 to 2 garlic bulb sections sliced
Directions
- Place meat in an 8 x 12-inch cake pan lined with foil paper enough to be able to wrap meat after all ingredients have been put in
- Place on top of meat the onion green pepper bay leaves garlic and mushrooms
- Add tomato soup straight from the can on top of ingredients then add ketchup
- Wrap meat up with foil
- Bake in oven at 350 for 2 12 to 3 hours
