My Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c confectioners sugar
- 12 c peanut butter
- 1 9-inch pie crust baked and cooled
- 1 4 serving size pkg vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 12 8 oz frozen whipped topping
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine the confectioners sugar and peanut butter
- Mix to a crumbly consistency like a streusel and remove about 12 cup of the mixture set aside
- Pour the remaining mixture evenly over the pie crust
- Make pudding according to package directions pour pudding over the crumb layer then cover and refrigerate overnight
