My Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c confectioners sugar
• 12 c peanut butter
• 1 9-inch pie crust baked and cooled
• 1 4 serving size pkg vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
• 12 8 oz frozen whipped topping

Directions

1. In a medium bowl combine the confectioners sugar and peanut butter
2. Mix to a crumbly consistency like a streusel and remove about 12 cup of the mixture set aside
3. Pour the remaining mixture evenly over the pie crust
4. Make pudding according to package directions pour pudding over the crumb layer then cover and refrigerate overnight
