My Swiss Steak

Ingredients

  • 34 to 1 lb sirloin or round steak
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can undiluted tomato soup
  • flour with seasoning
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Slice beef in strips
  2. Dredge in flour
  3. Brown beef in heated oil add onions and saute until soft
  4. Chop tomatoes and add to beef including juice
  5. Stir in tomato soup
  6. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes
