My Swiss Steak

Ingredients
- 34 to 1 lb sirloin or round steak
- 1 to 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can undiluted tomato soup
- flour with seasoning
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Slice beef in strips
- Dredge in flour
- Brown beef in heated oil add onions and saute until soft
- Chop tomatoes and add to beef including juice
- Stir in tomato soup
- Simmer 10 to 15 minutes
