My Vegetable SandwichIdeal For Picnic

Ingredients
- 1 c stir-fry vegetables
- 1 Tbsp flour cornstarch or cream potatoes your choice
- 12 c onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices bread
Directions
- Use 1 cup of stir-fry vegetables
- Heat until soft then add flour cornstarch or leftover cream potatoes your choice
- Add chopped onion to vegetables
- Salt and pepper
- Serve as open-faced sandwich or closed sandwich using 2 slices of your favorite bread
