MyraS Greens

Ingredients
- 3 lb greens collards kale and turnips
- 2 smoked turkey drumsticks
- 2 c Zinfandel wine
- 2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 c water
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions
- Wash greens thoroughly
- Braise meat in a 6-quart pot
- Add greens wine and remaining ingredients
- Let come to a boil Lower heat and cook for 1 hour or until greens are tender
