Mystery Artichoke Appetizer

Ingredients
- 2 8 12 oz cans water packed artichokes drained and finely chopped
- 12 medium onion
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 34 c grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together thoroughly and pour into greased baking dish
- Note
- Onion and artichoke may be chopped separately in food processor pulsing carefully
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 for 12 hour
