Mystery Pie
Ingredients
- 1 pie shell
- 1 pkg Ritz crackers
- 5 egg whites
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c pecans
Directions
- Mix crackers sugar and pecans together
- Beat egg whites and add to cracker mixture
- Add vanilla and pour in a greased pie shell
- Serve with Cool Whip
