Nacho Beef Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 12 oz jar chunky salsa
- 1 c frozen corn drained and thawed
- 34 c mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 c crushed nacho chips divided
- 2 c shredded Colby cheese
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomato
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Brown meat and onion drain
- Stir in salsa corn mayonnaise and chili powder
- Layer half of meat mixture
- chips and cheese in a 2-quart casserole
- Repeat layers
- Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through
- Top with lettuce and chopped tomato before serving
