Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 16 oz can refried beans
- 6 c tortilla chips
- 12 c sliced olives
- 1 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cook meat and onion until browned Drain and stir in beans Arrange half of chips on each of two 12-inch plates
- Layer half the meat-bean mixture olives and cheese on top of chips for each plate
- Bake at 350 for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts
