NadineS Favorite Icebox Salad

Ingredients

• 23 c sugar
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• 1 envelope plain gelatin
• 1 c water
• 1 c pecans
• 1 c grated Longhorn cheese
• 12 pt whipping cream

Directions

7. to a boil Dissolve
8. gelatin
9. in water
10. Add sugar and pineapple mixture Put inrefrigerator
11. until it begins to set then add cheese pecans and whipped creamReturn to refrigerator until ready to serve
