Nana BS Ham Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 14 c white vinegar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1 jar currant jelly
• 2 c catsup

Directions

1. Beat egg in a saucepan
2. Add vinegar salt pepper and mustard
3. Cook slowly over low heat stirring constantly dont curdle
4. Add currant jelly and catsup
5. Heat
6. Serve on ham This is a tangy delicious sauce
