Nana BS Ham Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 14 c white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 jar currant jelly
- 2 c catsup
Directions
- Beat egg in a saucepan
- Add vinegar salt pepper and mustard
- Cook slowly over low heat stirring constantly dont curdle
- Add currant jelly and catsup
- Heat
- Serve on ham This is a tangy delicious sauce
