Ingredients
- 2 lb bacon
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 large onion
- 2 loaves dry bread or 2 large bags bread cubes
- 1 doz eggs
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Chop cleaned celery into small diced pieces also dice the onion
- Cut bacon into pieces small enough to crumble when cooked Combine celery onion and bacon in large frying pan
- Cook over medium heat until bacon is all crisp
- Drain any fat off and pat with paper towel
