Nancy LuthyS Festive Chowder

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 medium onion
• 5 c milk
• 6 slices cooked crumbled bacon
• 1 pkg Crab Delights flakes or chunks
• 1 c sliced celery
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 3 large potatoes 12-inch slices

Directions

1. Melt butter in saucepan
2. Stir in celery and chopped onion cook until tender
3. Stir in flour salt and pepper if desired Gradually add milk stirring constantly
4. Add potatoes
5. Bring to boil simmer 15 minutes until potatoes are tender
6. Add bacon and Crab Delights
7. Heat 3 to 5 minutes more
8. Makes 4 servings
