Ingredients

• 1 small green pepper
• 1 large onion
• 3 Tbsp chopped parsley
• 1 12 lb pork sausage
• piece of garlic
• bacon drippings
• 2 12 c tomatoes coarsely chopped and drained
• 2 c bread flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 4 Tbsp lard
• lemon juice

Directions

1. Chop finely the green pepper and onion and mix with the chopped parsley
2. Combine with pork sausage
