NancyS Boiled Fish
Ingredients
- 4 firm texture fish steaks 5 to 7 oz or skinless fillets about 34-inch thick
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese freshly grated
Directions
- Preheat broiler
- Rinse steaks or fillets pat dry with paper towels
- Season with salt and pepper
- Spread 1 to 1 12 tablespoons mayonnaise over top of each steak or fillet
- Sprinkle 1 12 teaspoons cheese on top of each
- Place on broiling pan Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 5 to 8 minutes or until top is puffed and brown and fish tests done
- Serves 4
