Napple-O-Tata

Ingredients
- 5 large sweet potatoes
- 3 Tbsp margarine or butter divided
- 1 16 oz can sliced pineapple
- 14 c molasses
- 1 c dark brown sugar
- 13 c granulated sugar
- 13 c orange juice
- 12 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 12 to 2 tsp cornstarch
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp ginger
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Peel sweet potatoes
- Slice into rounds 1 to 1 12-inches thick
- Melt 2 of the tablespoons of margarine over low heat
- In small bowl mix cinnamon nutmeg and ginger
