Navy Bean SoupCrock-Pot

Ingredients
- 2 c navy beans
- 1 c chopped onions
- 3 sprigs celery
- 1 lb ham or smoked pork butt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 whole peppercorns
Directions
- Soak beans in water overnight
- Combine all ingredients in cooker Add water to cover Cook on low 10 to 12 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours Remove ham or pork from soup cut into pieces and return to pot
- Yields 8 to 10 servings
