ND Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1 c margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 c oil
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 c flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp soda
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Cream together all moist ingredients
- Sift together and add all dry ingredients
- Shape into small balls
- Dip in sugar Flatten with fork
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes or until very light brown
- Bake at 350
