Neapolitan Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Pillsbury Plus fudge marble cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 1 c water
• 13 c oil
• 14 c chopped cherries
• 14 tsp red food coloring
• 14 c chocolate chips

Directions

1. Prepare cake mix using eggs water and oil as directed in basic recipe
2. Reserve 2 cups of yellow batter
3. Pour remaining yellow batter into prepared 10-inch tube pan
4. Combine 1 cup reserved batter cherries and red food coloring
5. Spoon over yellow batter Blend remaining yellow batter marble pouch chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons water
6. Spoon over batter
7. Swirl batter in pan to marble
8. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes
