Nebraska Pie Crust3 Double Crusts

Ingredients

• 4 c flour
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 12 c water
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 34 c Crisco
• 1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions

1. Cut Crisco into flour salt and sugar Mix well the water egg and vinegar Add to dry and mix Cover tightly and refrigerate until chilled May be frozen
2. Roll each crust on floured board
