Ingredients

• 34 c mashed potatoes
• 12 tsp salt
• 2 1 lb boxes confectioners sugar
• 1 stick oleo
• 1 8 oz pkg shredded coconut
• 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Prepare and cook potatoes to make 34 cup
2. Drain
3. Add salt and mash
4. Melt oleo add potatoes coconut and sugar and mix well Turn into a buttered jelly roll pan
5. Spread evenly
6. Refrigerate and allow to harden
7. Cut into squares and dip in coating
