Neiman-Marcus Bars

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 1 stick margarine softened
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 box 10x powdered sugar

Directions

1. Mix 1 egg with margarine nuts and cake mix by hand pat into Pam sprayed 3 or 4-quart baking dish
2. Cream the cream cheese with 2 eggs add sugar
3. Mix well spread over cake layer
4. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
