Neiman-Marcus Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c butter
• 2 c sugar
• 4 c brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 5 c blended oatmeal mix oatmeal in blender to a fine powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 24 oz pkg chocolate chips
• 2 8 oz Hershey bars grated

Directions

1. Cream butter and both sugars add eggs and vanilla
2. Mix together with flour oatmeal salt baking powder and soda
3. Add chocolate chips candy and nuts
4. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet
5. Bake 6 minutes at 375
6. Makes 112 cookies
7. Recipe may be cut in half
