Nettie WrightS Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp chopped onion
- 12 c chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp Crisco
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 Tbsp flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 12 c milk
- 1 small can tuna
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pkg refrigerator biscuits
Directions
- Brown onion and pepper in Crisco
- Add salt and flour blend Add soup and milk stir until thick and smooth
- Add tuna and lemon juice
- Top with biscuits
- Bake 12 hour at 350
- Serves 6
