Never-Fail Chocolate Icing

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 3 Tbsp chocolate cocoa
• 12 c Pet milk
• 1 stick margarine

Directions

1. Mix all
2. together
3. and
4. after it starts boiling boil 2 minutes and
5. add
6. 1 teaspoon vanilla
7. Beat until you think it will stay on the cake
